COMMITTEE DESCRIPTION & ACTION LIST

The purpose of the MN APTA Research Committee is to educate, promote, and inform MN APTA members regarding evidence-based practice.

Ongoing activities include:

Sponsor Spring Conference presentation on the integration of evidence with clinical practice
Recruit and coordinate DPT student research platform presentations (Spring 2008 Platforms coming soon!)
Promote and review research poster submissions for Spring and Fall Conference (Spring 2008 Poster Presentations coming soon!)
Mentor students and clinicians in preparation of research posters
Encourage understanding and utilization in clinical research
