As a 3rd year DPT student at the College of St. Scholastica, Caitlin is the Special Events Coordinators for MNPTA's Student Special Interest Group and a Minnesota Core Ambassador, keeping communication lines open between the APTA Board of Directors and the PT and PTA schools in the state. Over 120 Students Attend 2013 Student Conclave
A record setting 120 students turned out for MNPTA's 2013 Student Conclave on February 9th, organized by our Student Special Interest Group. Students spent the day attending in depth courses and networking with their peers. Thank you to everyone who attended!
January SSIG Meeting to Feature PT/PTA Team
The Student Special Interest Group is excited to feature at PT/PTA team from Presbyterian Homes of Roseville at their January 15th meeting. The meeting will include a discussion about building productive PT/PTA teams, MN Student Conclave and new membership benefits that students an take advantage of in 2013. Meet January's New Professional Spotlight: Sarah Vandenberghe, PT
After completing the Kaiser Neurological Residency Program in 2011, Sarah joined an out patient neuro tem where she treats various neurological disorders including brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, vestibular and balance disorders. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, hiking and gardening. Learn more about Sarah and her thoughts on the value of APTA membership!
