2. Fill it out, and fax, mail, or scan/e-mail your Placement Order to MN APTA
   
3. Send the text of your advertisement to allisonhawley@mnapta.org; text will be posted as is

How to place an NEWSLETTER ADVERTISEMENT in Soundwaves, MN APTA’s electronic newsletter:
Soundwaves reaches over 1,200 MN APTA members via e-mail, and another 400 via regular mail!

1. Dowload a 2007-2008 Soundwaves Ad Rate Sheet and Insertion Order [PDF]
   
2. Fill out an Insertion Order, and fax/e-mail/mail it to MN APTA

How to EXHIBIT with MN APTA at Fall & Spring Conferences:

1. Download the Exhibitor/Sponsor Packet [PDF], which includes:
   • Exhibitor Information & Registration Form
   • Sponsorship Information & Registration Form
   • Exhibitor Policies and Procedures
2. Review the Exhibitor Policies & Procedures (if necessary) and send your Exhibitor or Sponsorship registration to MN APTA with payment.

How to purchase one-time use MAILING LABELS of MN APTA membership:

1. Download the Mailing Label Procedure & Bid Request [PDF]
   
2. Fax your bid request to MN APTA, with the search parameters of your desired mailing
   
3. MN APTA will fax a bid back to you within 24 hours, with the estimated cost of your label purchase

How to become a PARTNER of MN APTA:

The MN APTA Partner Program is full at this time. MN APTA currently has 12 Partners for the 2007-2008 year! If you'd like to be put on the waiting list to be a Partner, please let us know ASAP. We will contact you if an MN APTA Partner chooses not to renew next year.
